Concept
Like a local marketplace, offers and requests live in one app.
Seekers draw a circle on the map and set alerts for their car, hours and budget. Only spots their car fits are shown, and every circle shows the average price inside it.
Owners set the price; Porrow is an intermediary that only shows the local range as reference. Payment is released after the first parking, and address and phone stay hidden until the contract.
