Pick your car and spots that do not fit are dimmed. Many mechanical lots refuse SUVs and EVs.

Requests show as circles on the map, each with the average price of spots inside. Zoom out for each neighbourhood’s range.

Set several alerts with radius, budget, hours or single-bay only, and get told when a matching spot appears.

Agree in chat, no phone numbers

Phone numbers stay hidden. The deal card becomes the contract, and chat and photos are kept as a record.

Porrow is an intermediary

Porrow connects the person lending and the person parking; the contract is between the two of them.
Owners set the price. Porrow neither sets nor suggests it, and only shows the rough local range as reference.
Resident-priority and public parking spots cannot be listed. Tenants should check with their landlord first.
It is a contract for space only, so accidents and damage go through each driver’s car insurance. Porrow is responsible for holding and paying out funds, personal data and dispute records.

How much can I charge?

You set the price. For reference, Sillim-dong listings ranged roughly 90,000 to 130,000 won a month over the past year.

Is there a fee?

No fee for the person parking. 15% is taken from the owner’s payout.

Do I pay for days I do not use?

The fee holds the spot for you, so it does not depend on days used. Full refund until three days before the start.
