1. Service

PUSHERS is a camera pose-based push-up tracking, game, and online battle service.

2. Points & items

Points, jackpots, skills, and passes are in-game currency with no cash value, non-refundable and non-transferable. Published odds apply as stated in-app (in-app display prevails; changes announced 7 days ahead). Paid passes follow Apple/Google store refund policies. Counts are estimates; rankings and battles are reference records without compensation.

3. Health

Not medical advice. Decide yourself whether and how hard to exercise; stop immediately on pain or dizziness. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for injuries.

4. Prohibited

Impersonation, count manipulation, harassment, or abnormal clients may lead to restriction. Keep others and private spaces out of frame; you are solely responsible for disputes from identifiable third-party uploads.

5. Sanctions, appeals & reports

Warning, 7-day suspension, then permanent restriction. Appeal within 14 days by email. Repeated false reports may restrict the reporter. Reports are reviewed within 7 business days; urgent content may be hidden without prior notice.

6. Deletion & retention

Reset in-app or email us to leave. Profile and records are deleted and unrecoverable, except minimum dispute records (ID, date, reason) kept up to 1 year for appeals, then destroyed.

7. Law & jurisdiction

Governed by Korean law; jurisdiction follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Changes announced 7 days before effect. Effective: Sep 22, 2026.
