What the name means
Crobby: Cops plus Robbers plus -by.
The logo is a single gold map pin. The pin is a real place; the half-blue, half-red dot inside is the two sides.
Concept
Crobby is not for finding strangers. It is a referee for people already standing together.
The host draws, places, picks a mode and starts. Players enter a code and play.
Catches, jailbreaks and boundaries are judged by the server in real time, so what is left is the next round, not an argument.
What it tests
Novelty fades in weeks. What lasts is a standing appointment.
Does the same group gather again four or more times in six weeks? Crobby starts as the instrument for that question.
