Article 1 (Service)
A platform to open live voice rooms and listen, chat, react, and support. The broadcaster is responsible for their content. AI-operated broadcasts (AI BJ) are labeled as AI; impersonating humans or soliciting gifts as fake humans is prohibited and may forfeit payouts.
Article 2 (Signup)
SNS-linked signup only (Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple, X); no separate ID/password. No under-14 signups. Guests may preview each room; beyond that, chat, reactions, and gifts require signup.
Article 3 (Rules & reports)
Prohibited: sexualization of minors, self-harm facilitation, abuse, doxxing, obscenity, illegal facilitation, copyright infringement, metric manipulation, account/payment abuse, gambling inducement, drugs, unlicensed advice, voice doxxing, explicit audio (repeat violations: permanent suspension). Everything is reportable/blockable in-app; reports reviewed within 24h (1h priority for child safety, self-harm, or clear illegality) with outcomes notified. Reporting abuse (false, repeated, coordinated) may lead to restriction with a 7-day explanation window and 30-day re-review. Rightsholders may notify us by email for takedown; broadcasters may counter-notice within 30 days. Imminent self-harm or child-safety risk may trigger pre-review suspension and minimum-data sharing with rescue or law enforcement.
Article 4 (AS, payouts, 19+)
AS is a gift-only prepaid item, non-cashable and non-transferable, following store billing/refund policies. Refunds go through the purchasing store for unused paid AS within 7 days (used/bonus excluded, paid first, expiry after 5 years with 30-day notice; completed gifts not reversible). DJ payouts are net of fees; self-gifting, fraud, and chargebacks are deducted or set off. 19+ rooms are hidden and gated to certified adults; borrowed or forged verification means suspension and payout hold. Youth officer info is published in operator info.
Article 5 (Deletion, suspension, changes)
Delete anytime via Profile → Settings → Delete account (remaining AS not refunded; legal records isolated). Voice audio is not stored, but room, entry, chat, gift, and report metadata is retained separately for disputes. Outages announced before/after as possible. Term changes 7 days ahead (30 days + individual notice if adverse). No pre-screening duty, but interim measures without delay on reports; live blocking has inherent limits and we are not liable for broadcaster content absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
