1. What we collect

Signup (SNS): provider ID + profile name (required), email only if the provider passes it with consent (optional). No passwords, friends, or contacts. Usage: titles, concepts, tags, chat, gifts, hearts, listening history, reports/blocks, device ID, app/OS version, IP, timestamps. Payments: method, amount, time, store order ID only — card/bank numbers are handled by the app stores. 19+ streams: adult yes/no + time only. Voice is relayed live, never recorded or stored.

2. Purpose & retention

Identification, streaming/chat/gifts, Astro balance and DJ payouts, abuse handling, age gating, debugging. Account data deleted on deletion. Chat 90 days (reported: +30 days after resolution), reports 3 years, access logs 3 months, payment records 5 years, disputes 3 years. Legally required records are isolated.

3. Sharing & processors

No sharing by default (consent, legal request, or imminent-harm exceptions only). Database/auth (Korea region cloud), realtime voice, push, and store payments are delegated; counterparties will be named here once contracted.

4. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, and consent withdrawal. Delete in-app via Profile → Settings → Delete account; other requests handled within 10 days. No under-14 signups; discovered accounts are removed.

5. Security, changes & contact

TLS, separated ledger with no client access, row-level security, least privilege with access logs. Changes announced 7 days before (30 days + individual notice if adverse). Contact: contact@worldwidesomething.com / AStream · WorldWideSomething. Effective: Sep 6, 2026.
